Welcome to FinCoreLab. These terms govern your access to and use of core solutions offered in one lab environment.

2. Definitions

Lab Services refers to custom core solutions designed and delivered in a lab setting.
Info Products refers to digital guides, templates, and online materials.
Goods refers to physical items offered through our platform.

3. Access and Use

By engaging with Lab Services, purchasing Info Products, or ordering Goods, you agree to comply with these terms.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are due upon sign-up or at checkout. Payments may be processed through our authorized processors. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of service access or order cancellation.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Lab Services

You may request cancellation within seven days of purchase for a full refund, less any processing fees. After seven days, you may receive a prorated refund based on the unused portion of services. Alternatively, you may transfer booked services to a future date within 90 days at no extra charge.

5.2 Info Products

Purchases of digital materials are eligible for a full refund within fourteen days if no download or access has occurred. Once access is granted or files are downloaded, no refund will be issued.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within thirty days from shipping date. Items must be in original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, unless the send-back is due to an error on our part. Refunds are issued after inspection, using the original payment method.

6. No-Refund Services

Custom design engagements scheduled at a specific time, or one-off advisory sessions, cannot be refunded once work has commenced. This policy is necessary due to the commitment of resources and scheduling requirements.

7. Amendments

FinCoreLab reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
